Vampires have been acquiring quite a fan base in the entertainment world, so it is only natural to find the popular theme here in game-world. Love & Death is a fitting title for this adventure; you won't know until the end whether love or death prevails. The storyline here is a dynamic drama involving Celeste, an evil witchy vampiress, a hunky male vampire named Damon, and a mortal young lady named Victoria.

To make a long story short, Damon, the dark and virile vampire, is under the spell of a witchy woman vampire. Of course, he will be seeking the solution that will break the spell set him free. While going about his business on the town one evening, a lovely young woman named Victoria captures his attention. Of course, his attention turns to interest, but Damon fails to make a positive first impression. In fact, Victoria pursues Damon in attempt to put an end to the sinister destruction he has inflicted on the town. Although their relationship starts off on such turbulent ground, they wind up searching for the magic solution together in order to free Damon from Celeste, the evil witch. In fact, they eventually even fall in love. But, we cannot jump to conclusions about happy endings just yet.

You'll actually be playing two characters in Love & Death: Bitten, alternating between Damon and Victoria. We all have unique talents, and this adventure will require the skills of Damon for some tasks and Victoria for others. Because Damon is a Vampire, his character is played at "night" and Victoria is at her best during the day. The puzzles are a blend of hidden object scenes and point and click adventure. Some of the puzzles are pretty basic, yet others may require you to snugly secure your thinking cap. If your cap isn't working for some reason, you may take advantage of the hints, which will continue to recharge. A little extra spice is added by the 100 golden leaves scattered about in the game. If you find them all, you are rewarded with the special power.

Love & Death: Bitten offers an intriguing storyline and delivers it masterfully with stunningly beautiful scenery and an awesome soundtrack, and the voice acting is excellent. Whether you're into the recent vampire craze or not, you will no doubt enjoy hours of challenging and amusing game play.
