You, the player will read through the letters and notes, piecing Mary's past together from meeting John to their marriage, and everything in between. So, if you love hidden object games, a good mystery, and you're a bit of a sap, Love Story: Letters from the Past will be a delightful journey.

You'll actually have to search for the notes themselves, in addition to other listed objects, as they have been blown away and scattered about the house. There are a few mini puzzles, such as a light blinking memory game, a maze, and even quilting. However, if the mini puzzles do not interest you, they can certainly be skipped and nothing is gained or lost.

Players will have the added challenge of pairing up certain objects that are somehow related to one another. If players become perplexed and need a hint, there are no limits to the hints you can use, however hints must recharge between uses.
