What would you do if your unscrupulous boss called you and ordered you go to Rome on a mission to authenticate what is believed to be an actual letter from Da Vinci? Some might embrace it as a once in a lifetime opportunity, but not Rhianna. It's the last place she wants to go. Her husband went missing there one year ago. Despite her resistance, her boss insists, so she goes.

Sounds simple enough, go to Rome, authenticate a letter, come home. If only things worked out the way they were supposed to. Rhianna follows through and authenticates the letter alright, only to have it ripped right out from under her! What's worse, it is possible it was stolen by her own lab assistant. If that's not bad enough, the Department of Antiquities believes Rhianna set the whole thing up! She certainly has her detective work cut out for her. She even starts to accumulate evidence that her husband may have never actually gone missing. Hmmmm.

As you enter each scene, you will be presented with a list of tasks to be completed. You'll find hidden objects as well as complete mini games and collect clues, moving Rhianna forward in her investigation. Areas of interest are, of course, indicated by sparkles, and the cursor changes to a magnifying glass or hand letting you know something requires further investigation. Oh, and if you see a portrait in the scene, it indicates a person to speak with in order to help you advance through the story.

Rhianna Ford & the Da Vinci Letter really stands out above many HOG's because it truly has an exciting and adventurous story that keeps you engrossed and on the edge as it all unfolds. You are pulled into the whole chaotic mystery as Rhianna tries to figure everything out. There's a lot going on. She's being followed by unsavory characters as she tries to find clues about her missing husband and what happened to the Da Vinci Letter... and who the culprit is!

The scenes are visually stunning and the music balances the mood as you progress through this twelve chapter story. And, when it is complete, all of the locations will be unlocked allowing "All Find Mode." This is especially delightful for gamers who are really into the hidden object scenes. You can enjoy then all over again in a different way.
